Hope you are having a great Fat Tuesday. If you can't get down to the Big Easy, a great way to celebrate Mardis Gras is to enjoy some great NOLA cuisine in your area. Although it may not be quite the same, but we can atleast celebrate by eating a po'boy or crab cake wherever we can find it.
